The 2-day group workshops run from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm and are scheduled for days which work best for you. This is not a 'bootcamp' with hundreds of attendees. We limit group size to 6 because of the personalized attention you will receive.
Throughout the training, you are digitally video recorded which will include 'before' & 'after' comparisons. 5 weeks after completion of the workshop, you will receive a downloadable MP4 copy of your personal video material.
